What do you like best about Loom?

Quickly record videos and easily share videos Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loom?

There are lags, I use the free version and I have a team of 3-5 people who also use Loom, but it happens that Loom sends a message that the library is overflowed and can not record video, but although there is still a place for example 10/80 (as an example) but it points to the default values. Updates have not helped Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Loom?

Easy to use and effective way to get a screen recording or video from point A to point B.

I employed it extensively (100s of recordings) in a B2B outbound sales and an operations use-case in a previous role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Loom?

Little differentiation from alternatives.

When trying to screen record and download, processing can sometimes take very long and run into issues. Customer Support is great and they always help, but that's a layer of friction from getting a screen recording into Google Drive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
